Kari and Justin Wedding

One of my bestest friends was married last weekend in a beautiful backyard ceremony. Their colors were red, white, and black. And YES, they are UofU fans, and YES I did spot more than one UofU tie amongst the guests. I'm ok with that though, being a UofU alumnus myself...
Anyhoo, here are some photos of their cupcakes. The flavors are (all with chocolate cake) Peppermint, Cookies and Cream, Fresh Strawberry, and Vanilla Coconut.

What have I been up to lately?

Not lounging by the pool. That's for sure!


Custom Tinker Bell Toppers atop strawberry little cupcakes with whipped vanilla buttercream.


Gourmet Puffed Rice Treats - Peppermint Candy, Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped, Cookies and Cream, and Strawberry Malt.


Chocolate Little Cakes topped with vanilla buttercream and "50" little sugar cookies.


Mint Dipped Fudge Brownies and Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Blondies.


I made these with leftover stuff from another order and gave them to my daughter in her lunch. They were a big hit! Chocolate Little Cakes with mint buttercream, mini sugar cookies, and Chocolate "S" initials.
